Blowout in knicks favor when you put it like that.

Clippers have more win-now guys than the Knicks. SGA played well in the GS series. Harrell and Lou are legit NBA guys.

Our roster is full of question marks.

Win now doesn’t matter.

Erase that from your mind.

Seriously, y’all gotta stop using this as a reason why either is going somewhere.

The teams KD & Kawhi currently on, are vastly better than both the Knicks and Clippers.

They’re going to either because of business and setting their own culture.

No it’s not. Mitch is a game changer right now. RJ not a bum either.

Mitch is all potential. We won 17 games last year, hard to claim that he had a significant impact. He's still raw and inconsistent. We just give him a pass because he was a second round pick and because he was the only positive about our team last season. But you don't know how he would perform in a situation where he's expected to perform night in and night and where the team is expected to win.

I love RJ and I believe he could be the next big thing for the Knicks but he's completely unproven. He hasn't stepped foot on the court yet. He could be a bust. I think he is but the fact is that we don't know.

Your argument for the Knicks roster rests on hypotheticals. The Clips have proven players.

Yeah. If we're comparing rosters, guys don't go somewhere for potential, Clips blow us out in the player department

If it's us, it's for the fact that we'll never be the B team in our city

Future picks should be considered to move if we sign those guys we won’t be able to carry 7-9 rookies in a contender

considering this is also a red shirt year for KD...u don't need win this year pieces...u want the best pieces to move forward with either developing or trade

A team built around kawhi just won a chip

there is no way we can put together a raptors like core/depth in one season. Not happening.

barret and mitch are the two best assets there. Plus you have your own city as the big team

you are not in the lakers shadow.

One team won 17 games and the other went to the playoffs.

That other team have to deal with the loss of key playoff guys.

You know if Mitch was on any other team you would be anointing him. It’s just the way peeps roll here. I’m guilty of it too sometimes.

True but the comparison is not complete without also mentioning two other major factors: 1. Tougher conference: West>>>>>>>>East 2. B team in a major market which LEBRON plays in vs an A team in the biggest market.

Maybe they're not scared but they just don't want to go out kamikaze style.

The Knicks are not ready for FA. Let's develop our young guys, pick the right players in the draft and come back in a few years when we actually have something to sell.

These dudes ain't waiting 3 or 4 years for Mitch and RJ to develop. If they decide to come to NY, it's strictly for off the court reasons, not for winning.

I agree with that, but KD is injured next year so the question for him might not be who is ready to win now so much as who will be more ready to win a year from now and with our troupe of young players getting another year of experience under their belts and our assets I think I’d pick what the Knicks have

I full on hated them when they took Curry one spot ahead despite Curry not working out for them and saying he wants new New York.

of course, I hate every other team as well
