get a young smart GM and then get a young up and coming coach with what should be a young developing roster.

From everything that happened this game, the coaching comes off as abysmal. If you're not going to utilize Saquon to his fullest why even bother with this team? Screw Shurmur.

Idk if I'm out on Getty yet. He's amassed some promising young talent and I agree with building from the lines out. He's also made his share of mistakes, but I think he's taking more steps forwards than backwards.

Shurmur, I just don't know what he's doing. He's basically Jeff Hornacek. Alleged offensive prowess that doesn't seem to deliver, and just baffling as a game manager.
