Treatment options are being considered, according to the Philadelphia 76ers.

Simmons was recovering from a bad back when the NBA's season was suspended.

What is kneecap subluxation? A subluxing patella (kneecap) is a temporary, partial dislocation of the kneecap from its normal position in the groove in the end of the thigh bone (femur). This groove is located between two bumps at the end of the thigh bone called the femoral condyles.

Yeah I saw that. Hopefully he has a strong recovery. Our guys will need to step it up now

Got that extension done! Hated to give up Reggie after he almost got me into the playoffs last year after going on a run after acquiring him, but needed that cap space to lock up Sexton for the extra 3 years.

Knew this would happen. Players came off a long layoff. The human body is a creature of habit. Muscle memory is being disturbed right now. They're used to this being the offseason period.
