what is the time table ?

Really, we all know it.

1. Around the beginning of the New Year, KP will be cleared to play

2. Two months later, he will injure himself again after never having regained his energy or gotten over his anemia.

3. The timetable calls for him to be out again through the end of the 2021 playoffs, but people will still say that in 2022, he will justify that $158M contract.

4. We won't be able to prove he doesn't help the Mavs because of the small sample size of games he has actually pkayed in.

No playoffs for Dallas

this really isn't that serious of an injury when you consider all he does is volume shoot 30 foot 3s anyway

According to this report... there is none. :o

Based on his recovery time and regimen after his previous surgery I'd guess four years

I lost respect for KP when he developed a sense of a entitlement despite never carrying the Knicks to one playoff series.

To be fair, Phil Jackson didn't deserve respect. But yah, he got spoiled as hell. Bad management all around.

I’ve always believed that guys like Isiah Thomas and Phil Jackson were commissioned by the NBA to embarrass Dolan and the Knicks organization.

I'd take a 36 year old Ewing over him all day everyday. The King of Kingston....

I don't wish any player injury, but KP left here with such a sense of entitlement that I don't really wish him any success in his career.

Jackson was right, Porzingis' body type isn't conducive to a long and healthy career. Even though he's very skinny, his freakish size is just going to naturally put a lot of stress to his weight bearing joints- specifically his hips, knees and ankles.

A meniscal tear is nowhere near as bad as tearing a cruciate ligament but it's quite alarming that he hasn't been healthy a single season in his NBA career.

The moral of the story is don't trade any of those Dallas picks.

Nice catch! BTW, when is JVG not in the middle of every fight

Rose knew he was at fault the moment he tripped him and tried to square up on big Pat. Ewing just walked up to him with his hands down and was ready for anything.

Poor Jalen, now I know why he carries around that baseball bat everywhere he goes. He acted real tough when Bavetta was between them.
