I’ll rephrase exactly the same thought in short bullet points so maybe you’ll understand:

• Literally nothing is Thibs’ “fault,” including the injuries, until the minute they fire him for it.

Thibs increases the odds of player injury by:
• Increased minutes;
• Increased intensity;
• Increased physical contact at the rim.

Period. I said nothing different. I dodged no questions. It’s still plain as day, and the entire basketball universe understands and accepts it as the cost of doing business with Tom T.

Still avoided all the questions lol. Brunson's knee getting hit by another player's knee on a jumpshot is a result of "Increased physical contact at the rim". Have you ever seen players bang knees in basketball before?

Yes. The cumulative effect of Thibs playing Brunson (Randle, Mitch, OG, D. Rose, etc.) increased minutes at increased intensity with increased contact made it more probable that the very specific incident you just cited would happen sooner or later.

To dive further into the concept of cause and effect is a question of religion and philosophy—idk who’s at “fault” for the formation of the solar system, but I sure as sh*t can tell you that Coach Thibs will increase the odds of player injury.

A guy bumping into you on a jumpshot is the result of the coach you playing too hard in a previous game? Wow I've never heard of that before. When Draymond choked Gobert was that because Gobert played too many minutes the previous week? Its all connected

Not what I said and I’ve now repeated myself three times which tells me the odds of you actually reading or comprehending are 0. But F it let’s repeat myself four times for you not to read it:

The chaos of the universe causes all sorts of things, good and bad, all the time. Ultimately there is no definitive pinpoint cause, there is only probability. So, yes, having Thibs as your coach makes it more probable that you’ll get injured. Just as playing against Draymond makes it more probable you’ll get into a choking incident.

Any bad luck Thibs has with injuries or Draymond has with fights is made moot by the very real track records and uninterrupted patterns of behavior for decades now. They take the blame because they’ve spent years earning it.

Sticking your finger out and blaming somebody like a kindergartener is all well and good (I blame Dolan btw), but it makes no difference because Leon isn’t going to fire Thibs over these injuries until after he lands an MVP caliber #1 like Embiid who won’t tolerate Thibs’ lunacy.

Dolan also caused Okoro to run into Brunson, that's new. What difference does it make who the coach is if Dolan is really behind all the injuries. Is Thibs responsible for every injury in the NBA because Embiid is already pre-injured by Thibs.

This might have been the most bittersweet win I've ever seen. Mitch's bitches are so soft.

we have 21 games left.
just sit Brunson and Hartenstein until they are fully and completely healthy.
try to get the full band back together for the final 10 regular season games and I am happy.
couldn't care less if we have to win a play in game or not.

No, but for a 2nd seed they look like junk and we look like we are right there

We were the 2nd seed before everyone got hurt

I’d be down with the idea it just doesn't seem to fit with what I’m hearing about wanting a top shelf 1a superstar that’s better than Brunson and all that

It'll be Towns and Mikal Bridges and you all will love it and hate it

This is how you know you and the handful of others who deny basic reality aren’t serious. Your only arguments are nonsense like this. You sound like Frozen Envelope saying “Thibs can’t prevent 100% of inuries” therefore Thibs isn’t responsible for any injury ever. Once you say stupid sh*t like that (or what you just said about Dolan and Embiid), there’s not much else to talk about.

Better question — why didn’t Charlie Brown get minutes last night? How much longer can DDV and Hart stay healthy?

I will cry. Divo is now a legit 18-20 ppg scorer on a 12 million dollar contract. This is the 4th contract that Leon has signed under their value. Unbelievable, he should be EOTY.
