Maxey is really quick...maybe a bit too quick for OG.

He is too quick for OG. OG is a great defender but there are a couple rare PGs that are too fast for him to be fully effective, Kyrie was another one

which is understandable....OG is an elite defender but he's like 6'7 235....asking him to chase around a short lighting quick guy really isn't his strong suit. Not saying he cant have effective possessions but guys like Maxey and Kyrie probably isn't the ideal matchup for him.

This is a sustainable win. We didn't rely on Brun going off for 60 points, or Josh Hart getting a triple double.

THe keys were Mitch defending Embiid -- he can do that again. Deuce playing Maxey hard - he can do that again, and his shot is so wet. Bojan scored 13 - not a ton, but enough of a lift to give us bench points. Hart was being hart - the junkyard dog, running around, grabbing rebounds, defending, playing better when the moment mattered.

Brun - he can improve his scoring and they can run plays for him. Divo - hope he's ok, he looked poor tonight, so all he has to do is return to normal. iHart may not be the beter 5 to play Embiid, but that's ok because we still scored well with Mitch.

This was a good game because we can hope to see an imrpovement next game. Phily can't give Embiid a new knee, and Maxey is already maxed out.

We should be favored to win the series.

there nothing wrong about that...Mitch his a better matchup for Embiid. for other rounds if we play a Myles Turner or KP who sit out at the 3 point line Ihart probably will be more effective.

So much about the playoffs is matchups...and if you have depth play to your strengths with those matchups.

Who's the reporter Matthew who pissed Mitch off in the postgame interview - and what did he ask him about the 4th quarter? I couldn't hear it, but Mitch told him not to go there and it wasn't his business. Mitch is hyped for this series.

can anyone remember a similar player to Josh Hart who's a really poor shooter but you have the utmost confidence him knocking down a 3 in crunch time. I can't remember a similar player.
