Yet, the thread has so much negativity in it...
If we lose- ok thats fair but in a win...come on...
There are so many threads that you can obsess about Mikal, Thibs minutes -etc...
Is it too much to ask for US ALL to enjoy the win?!

It’s because of the way we won. We won by a point against a team playing without their star. The last game we lost against a team playing without three starters. It’s not about being satisfied with a one point win, it’s glaring weaknesses that are scary. Namely Mikal.
I would love to have a conversation with you -if I felt you would acknowledge points but its the same talking points- so whats the point. For example, Klay starting would have "helped us" so the fact that he's a starter was irrelevant. Context rules everything.
Look at the 15-1 Cavs...they lost back to back games againt ATL. This is the NBA. Every player can be a star on any given night.
Compound that with we are a new team. Our players are being played HEAVY minutes on a short rotation. We essentially have 6
players with experience- and in the last 2 games 7 with deuce coming back. That Dallas team (WITHOUT LUKA) beat Denver and OKC.
That team went to the finals because they are an elite team. Elite teams can beat other elite teams without their best players and they can esspecially beat our new-short handed-Knick team. For further context -Gafford is half of a two head Lively and Gafford-monster. So- I'll agree that they didnt have 1 1/2 of their starters in context Knick fix
