better question is, if Kawhi walks and you know Gasol is going to opt in, will the Raps try to move Lowry again and then rebuild? It'll be similar to Enes this year in NY. Gasol won't get that kind of money as a FA, although he can still get a decent deal longer term.

if kawai walks, then Lowry, Ibaka, and Gasol (combined $75 mil+) will all be on expiring contracts that Masai will be looking to trade, even though Toronto's record without Kawai in the line-up has been stellar. The plan for Masai has always been to go after Giannis when he is a free agent in 2021 (all the big cities wont have any caproom for Giannis when they blow there brains this off-season), him and Masai have a really good relationship and with hopefully the continuing improvement in Siakam, OG, and FVV and whatever pieces we can acquire in trade will be enticing enough for Giannis to leave the Bucks (Bucks may have to go full rebuild if they are not successful in signing any of its free agents this off-season as well) and come North. The pitch to Kawai will be building a team around Kawai, Siakam and Giannis, even if Kawai re-signs the Raps have no intention on extending Lowry or Ibaka.

Do you believe in BIG?

My gut says, try to move Gordon for a bigger true scoring wing or another guard. Maybe even keep Vuc and then have those 3 as your bigs rotation. I think Isaac is more of a player you can create a winning formula with. Defense still matters.

Justise Winslow IRL Sunday night:

22 PTS | 8-16 FG | 4-9 3PT | 6 REB | 4 AST | 1 STL

All from the starting PG position. Y'all dudes was legitimately BUGGIN' not sending me fair offers for him at the trade deadline. Dude is capable of playing PG/SF/PF and plays excellent defense. His SIM bump gonna be banoodles next year!

Yeah...you, Melo, and Pooch wanted him bad and made that clear. Just couldn't pull the trigger with you three without including a 3rd party (not ideal trade fits). All our 3-way attempts were rebuffed.

Winslow is low key a perfect fit for you. Sexton isn’t a great play maker so he would def benefit playing off Winslow

He is rated a 2.0/2.5 OVR now. You are crazy if you think he will have that same rating next year.

He will easily be a 2.5/3.0 or 3.0/3.5 next year in the SIM.

I liked the framework of the deal we were working on so although I prefer to keep him, your deal would be one I'd be down to re-explore.

Exactly!

Cuz as it stands right now, Cousins is my best playmaker. He be getting triple-doubles. Towns is my next best. Which is why my offense is Post-Focus. Run everything through them like how IRL Denver does Jokic.

By the way, nice job reconstructing your team. Very deep and quality young roster. I can't front. The 7th/8th seed in the East is gonna be a dogfight. Your squad and the rebuilt Atlanta squad have me nervous. Charlotte is the mix too. 7/8 gonna come down to two out of our four teams.
