Yea, I think the 4th is what Jalen was referencing when he said he can play with more poise. There were times when he attacked and they helped off of Donte instead of Josh. He must stay aggressive and attack, but be ready to make the right read. They are using his aggression against him because they are speeding him up and he's missing things he usually notices.

What he can't do is just go out there and play like the immortal Ish Smith.

The crew kinda balances each other out. If you ignore the W-L stuff, what one ref is known for 'high avg' another will have it as their 'low' etc. Seems pretty balanced. We'll see how it goes.
