He was/is sick. As for Precious, I don't know what's up that Thibs felt the need to go with OG at C for a couple of minutes. My TV might as well call the cops on me because of the amount of swearing I was doing.

Suffering from a bunch of terrible point guards to having Brunson was worth the wait

It’s like when lil bitches make subliminal records, if it ain’t directed directly at me, I don’t respect it

He couldn’t challenge the last shot anyway.

but he only had a chance to hit those because jalen came back from getting hurt and put his cape on and saved us. we were about to lose badly.
It is called a team. KAT was good early too. He had a bad stretch forcing when the team had given Detroit life when they were 1:49 from not having life
and without brunson this team sucks. you're very negative about him. sad.

Thibs with another masterful coaching job!
And it was all Deuce’s points. I don’t enjoy Thibs’ offensive play calling (…if he does any.)
Is it really Thibs fault that the bench sucks ass? What is he supposed do? Move Bridges or OG to the bench so we have "bench points" on the boxscore lol?

Thibs handling of the bench is what is putting a definite ceiling on the team. This was the perfect game where you give a couple minutes early to Shamet or Wright when nobody could hit a shot. We were really 3-4 wide open 3-pointer away in the first half from turning that 12point lead into a 20+ point blowout game and take total control of the game.

Head coaches in professional sports are not magicians. You can't create something out of nothing. In this case, the bench is not Thibs' fault.

It's honestly disrespectful to Precious after what he gave us most of the year. The guy had some big games in the regular season and doesn't deserve to be treated like a g league player by Thibs. Especially when Mitch is playing like garbage.
Honestly, Precious didn't have a stellar season. I'm going to be real. I was ready to give him the starting C spot before the KAT trade.

Precious hasn’t played a single second in the series it would’ve been bad to feature Precious there. I wouldn’t mind seeing Precious in a game tho just not in that spot.

Was yelling this all game. You can't keep a lead when your wings are shooting like that. Go deeper and try to find another hand that can get you some buckets. He's so damn frustrating as a coach.
Fire Thibs!

Beasley making that too small gestures on threes are so cringe. And that is why he will plays on his 6th team in 5 years in 2026.

Team sucks without both of them but JB is the best player. KAT is highly gifted and is having a great playoffs. Brunson even greater but we lost G2 when KAT took 11 shots

Re: PG: Saved By The KAT
Who's trying to defense the bench right now after how horrid Deuce was today (and all post-season long)? Nay, let's stop that noise. I'll dump on Thibs all day long how he uses the bench, but Deuce is picking up where he left off in the Pacers series doesn't exactly give him confidence in the bench, either.

Nay. **** this dude. Thibs nearly coached himself out of a W.
Minutes police don't care about mins in the playoffs. I'm not sure who cares about someone playing 40+ right now when it's do or die time.
I handed in my Minutes Police badge a long time ago. But what I will say the 2 most disappointing people out there was Deuce and Thibs.
I will also say this team will never earn a W again if Mikal and OG shoot 6/26 & 2/10. Their defense was top notch, though.
I still proudly wear my badge as a prominent member of the force. Our job during the season was to enforce the law with a view to preserving the players for this very moment: the playoffs.
Still, we'd like to see the coach make better use of the bench vs a mid team like the Pistons. Need all hands on deck vs the Celtics.

I hope Deuce finds his offense. He's been a brick.
He's unprofessional and it's hurting the Pistons. I agree he should be gone.

Yeah, nothing to challenge. Just pointing out his emotional coaching style.
