The Celtics are not trading Rondo for Shumpert, Felton and Tim Hardaway Jr. In the division no less. AND taking on Amare's contract.

yes. Lamb has more time on his rookie deal and a better offensive game, probably more overall potential as well. Jackson is a younger Felton with more potential making 25% of what Ray makes.

If were doing this deal why not throw in Serge and Adams for Tyson

Knicks receive - Kevin Love & Alexey Shved

Blazers receive - Tyson Chandler & Derrick Williams

Timberwolves receive - Iman Shumpert, Nicolas Batum, Raymond Felton, Meyers Lenoard, Robin Lopez & future 1st (via NYK)

Knicks get Love & gets rid of hate (Felton)

Blazers upgrades majorly at Center. Derrick Williams get change of scenery & starts at SF. LMA feasts.

Timberwolves still competes. Acquires a player they have wanted for a while in Batum. Nice potential piece in Shump also. 2 Backup Centers. 1 with some decent potential in Meyers. Another scorer of bench in Felton. Future 1st.

Yes because trading our starting Point Guard, starting Center (2 main positions to a team) & our best young potential asset is equivalent to trading Felton for Lebron , the best player in the NBA.
Right. Go back to sleep.

How bout Melo & Felton for..

Chandler Parson, Lin and O. Asik?

Rockets get their 3rd star and we get 3 solid young players with room to grow.
Knowing Morey..he'll jump at this in a heartbeat.

Melo & Hardaway
for
Lin, Asik and Parsons

Under the CBA, this should work.

Knicks in
Rondo
G. Wallace
Jameer Nelson
Bass
C. Lee

Knicks out
Bargnani
Stat
Felton
Shumpert
THJ

Celtics in
Hedo (another $12m expiring)
Asik
Lin
Felton
Shump

Celtics out
Rondo
Wallace
Bass
Lee

Rockets in
Barnani
Aaron Afflalo

Rockets out
Asik
Lin

Orlando in
Stoudemire (hometown boy)
THJ

Orlando Out
Jameer Nelson
Hedo
Afflalo

This move only works if orlando is in pure tank mode. Houston gets their spreed 4 and a starter-quality Backup SG for harden. We finally get Rondo and all the baggage he comes with (i.e. wallace, lee and bass) and dump amare. Amare can retire at home and help Orlando get a top 5 lottery pick. Boston gets an expiring, and young assets.

Knicks lineup
Rondo/Nelson/Prigs/udrih
Smith/Nelson/Lee/murry
MWP/Wallace/Melo
Melo/Bass/Kmart
Tyson/KMart/Aldrich

Why not?
Why is Melo so important? What exactly has this guy accomplished in his 12 year career? At the end, it's the same story. Again, this is the 2nd poor start out of 3 seasons for Melo as a Knick. If the Lin madness didn't occur, this whole thing would had imploded in 2012.

Is it safe to say now that our Offense plays better without Chandler, and especially Bargs? I wouldnt mind packaging shump/chandler for a point guard

bc right now I like the Melo Bargs combo on offense, we just need a pg now who can keep hit some shots be smart and PLAY DEFENSE!

because you're making it seem like he's the reason we're playing bad

after his best game you come out with that bull

**** Lin and stop making it seem like everything would have fell apart in that case Melo going off in April pushed us over the top

honestly get lost with your act, we have enough of that

every post has been a shot at Melo, I cant wait until you get banned
