Same with McDermott. Traded up two firsts to pick him. Picks that became Gary Harris and Josef Nukic. Also had to take on Anthony Randolph and then use a 2nd to dump him in order to make the cap work to sign Mirotic.

Hell, the only thing they've done right is get lucky with Rose and Butler, at opposite ends of the draft. And now even Butler is on the market!

They can have LFT their 2nd back for Mirotic / Doug if they want

If we're still trying to make the playoffs, and he's waived get Matt Barnes.

I like them more when people involve players that can't and won't be traded.

One contract signed this summer arguably looks even worse than Noahs. Or at least it is debatable. Chandler Parsons.

There are huge injury concerns and he his performances in Memphis has been dissapointing to say the least. He is regarded as a good locker room presence, though. And if he can regain form he would be a valuable 3/4 who could give the Knicks different lineup looks (Parsons at the 3 with Melo at the 4 and Porzingis at 5 seems like an interesting lineup with size and yet ability to spread the floor). His contract has the same length (and size combined) as Lance and Noah. If Memphis would trade Parsons for those two, would you guys do it?

At this point he looks like a risk to take up even more of the cap space than Noah and be even harder to move, which is why i think Memphis could consider a trade like this. For the Knicks, he just have more potential to actually contribute, and more importantly, be a rotational player without taking away playing time from interesting young bigs like Hernangomez and O'Quinn. Which is why i think it could be worth the risk.

I'm just glad we didn't get Rubio. He's hot trash. I hope now we can waive Rose and bench Noah.

So then you can't say "just an expiring" if you don't know

So one guy says something, and you believe him.
What about Stein, Woj, and Aldridge, who all reported that the Wolves wanted more than we would give?

No, I get it Mr. Trump. Those are all FAKE NEWS as opposed to the news you watch which is 100% real all the time
