Inexplicable that the refs couldn't make that goaltend call when replay was available and the evidence is damn near irrefutable.

What would they have done? They're not gonna foul on purpose and put a guy on the line to tie the game. Also, the Pacers should have never gotten the ball in the first place since Young poked the ball from Lebron and it clearly went out before touching Lebron elbow.

With the 2 point lead they could've defended the 3 point line, and force them to take a shot inside the 3 point line.

The game was tied - Pacers didn't want to foul, but they still should have doubled LeBron.
