We neutralized Capella in the OT last game after he waxed us all regulation. Anyone remember the plan of attack?

My strategy would be to have Randle throw Trae into the stands WWE-style in game 1, just to break their spirit.
Maybe the reason Thibs has been starting Elf all season was so it wouldn't be suspicious when he was on the court to start game 1...and now that he's lain the groundwork, he's going to have Elf tackle Trae the instant the refs tip the ball off?![]()
Payton gets suspended for the rest of the playoffs, which only helps us, and Trae spends the rest of the series terrified.

Knicks in 5.
Let's not forget that in the most recent game Hawks were up 8 and seemingly on their way to a double digit blowout until Trae turned an ankle in the 3rd quarter. I expect the games to follow the trend of the most recent matchup except the Trae getting hurt part.
Nah f*ck that. Only reason it was close was because they injured Noel and Taj and we had to play freaking Norvel Pell heavy minutes, who not surprisingly is terrible in the P&R.
Unless Solomon Hill injures Randle we are winning in 5 or 6. I’m not scared of this no defense playing Hawks team.
as for no defense, we're 13th in the league in defense since April 1. This is completely different team since Nate took over.

Norvel Pell was the only reason you won that game. It was his big uncoordinated foot that Trae landed on and sprained his ankle. Knicks player of the game for sure.

So what was the excuse the other games? By completely different does that mean Pubes Turner stopped flopping?

Re: Hawks (5) @ Knicks (4) - Playoffs Round 1 - Game 1
What's our positioning in the draft lottery this year? Any great players coming out in the top ten?
Ahhh, the good old days.
We are the underdogs in Vegas. For the second time in my life I am going to bet on a series. Last time was in junior high school, lost my entire weekly allowance of twenty bucks to a kid that picked the Rockets to beat us. Never gambled ever again, scarred me for life, didn't even have the courage to put a quarter in a slot machine at a casino lol, but now........
After 26 years, I got a good feeling these guys will win my money back
. What's a good betting site? I know I can Google, but just wanted to see what you guys use. Thanks in advance.

Genuinely think the Knicks would have come back and won anyway. Y’all blew a 13 point 3rd quarter lead the first time we played and Trae played the whole game. And that’s was before we even acquired Derrick Rose.

Sounds like a plan to me.
If we make it as far as facing Philly, who can do that to Embiid?

Aren't there any Hawks fans in Atlanta you can play with? Oh, right, Knicks fans in Atlanta will give us home court advantage. Sorry you're just a troll for an unpopular team.

For round 2, Thibs has a series of mirrors set up around the arena that will confuse Embiid into injuring himself for the series.

Nets fans were calling in all day on the radio mad about how one of the greatest teams ever assembled on paper is also in New York but it's the fourth seeded Knicks that everybody was talking about today.
And the irony of this, one of the lamest, corniest famous people on Earth who's now resorting to stealing others material talking about something not being cool.
