Mitch is getting better in this series. Real signs of improvement

He is what we lacked all season. Great time to be a Knicks fan

THATS WHAT I BEEN SAYING ALL YEAR!!!

When Mitch didn't come back by the ASG and then was not traded, it was clear they were holding him back for a playoff run

If he gets locked in we can win a championship

I thought we were holding him for a matchup with the Cavs again.. little did I know.

Mitch, OG and Bridges are the defensive trifecta of DOOM!

Watching back again I thought it was tipped away on the way up but it seems like Tatum was trying to kick it out to Brown and Mikal picked it off as he was going for the block. Absolutely those 3 swallowed up Tatum on that play.

Good lord!!! I just saw the end of the game! NO ONE believed the Knicks would be up 2-0 taking both games in Boston! I saw Colin Cowherd saying the first Kicks win was just a meaningless fluke! LMAO!!!! Best playoffs ever!!

Is that a win for the Thibelivers ? Lol

Anyhow no excuses, you guys are playing with the heart and grit of potential world champions.

Josh Hart really is underrated, he is what kept you within striking distance, KAT awesome and then Brunson did what he always does. Come up big in the clutch.

This team plays with the heart of the 99 Knicks yet I think there is a lot more talent that I didn't realise until now.

I acknowledge Cgf from the general board saying the Knicks are a better team that I assumed and will cook in the playoffs.

Happy to see the maligned Mikal Bridges get some Props for his final quarter and match winning steal at the end.

Absolutely filthy at my Celtics but generally happy for you long suffering Knicks fans (despite the hate both cities have for each other)

Can only imagine how loud game 3 at MSG will be.

Have a great night folks (I won't lol)

What is this? Some kind of reverse psychology?

Dont bring that kinda energy yet man. We were up 2-0 last year too in the semis. Slow your roll and just enjoy the win. Let the haters sulk, point and laugh. That kinda stuff for now.

The Knicks were just not healthy last year in that series against the Pacers. We would have beaten them.

+19 is crazy

Maybe Mitch and KAT a good combo … it’s Anthony Edwards that was the problem lol … although Gobert doesn’t chase on the outside like Mitch

these two games are the grittiest Knick performances since Red Holtzman and his gang. And it's not close.

Celtics have been here before.

2 years ago, they went down 3-0 against the Heat. Celtics had home court advantage in the series.

Celtics won the next 3 games, but couldn't win game 7. Heat went to the Finals

Difference this year versus two years ago. Celtics were facing a vastly inferior and overachieving roster in the Heat.

This time, Celtics face a Knicks team who had underachieved up until this series. This whole time, Knicks have had the most well rounded starting lineup in the league plus two top notch reserves in Mitch and Deuce who decided to turn it on exactly at the right time.

the interesting part is that the grit for knicks showing in playoffs. it never showed in the regular season and especially compared to the last season team.

It is looking like he'll be facing off against Myles Turner instead of Jarrett Allen.
