Cleveland should trade for Melo, but I think we do the deal with the Clippers.

As they know, Chris Paul is a freaking free agent coming up, you get your homeboy there and then they resign him.

Rivers + Ballmer will get on this.

And Melo is playing really well. We are in these games because he is scoring really efficiently right now. Also he's not built like stone anymore a shoulder injury or something and we would be stuck big time. He's playing really well and the 3 teams that he is rumored to possibly be a match (CLE, BOS, and LAC) are all struggling so we might have more leverage at this point.

Redick/Crawford and future unprotected picks is a really good deal, especially since we can flip Redick and Crawford to other contenders. Those two have a lot of value.

oh I agree, I just think we are losing but still beat BOS and INDY. I'm not talking finishing with 32 wins here. We know our record when Melo doesn't play is awful. I'm talking finishing the season with like 5 more wins and thats it.

Not saying trade him for nothing. Need to get something but I don't think its Love, Blake, or Nets pick or no deal. That is what I would shoot for but me personally I would settle for less just to help our tank and give more shots to KP and WHG

maybe as trade chips later on down the line

I'm all about getting talented, young players in the draft that we can develop, but I won't be in 2021 when KP is over 25
