I was living in Philadelphia in 1883 1983 when they won the NBA championship (Moses, Dr. J., Cheeks, Toney, Bobby Jones, et al.) and they played with teams for 3 quarters and when it looked like they were floundering, they'd turn on the jets in the 4th quarter and win.

seems like a good reason to limit everyone to 30 mins or less of playtime and increase some players' pt to more than 15 mins
