I gotta say I’m surprised Cook took the Jets gig over Miami. Breeze Hall just came off PUP.

I can’t see him getting enough PT with the Jets to get a big contract after this year.

They were already a very good defense, with lots of young, developing players who could get even better than the quality they've shown, but the way McDonald has been flashing... good lord, the ceiling is the roof.

Imagine being an opposing QB being pressured like crazy from our front and your decision boils down to throwing at DJ Reed or Sauce LOL

I'm excited for this team. I believe we are a playoff team with a possibility of going all the way. I don't recall ever thinking this way about the team. Not on this level. We have a QB that can get the job done. Testaverde in 98 was the last time I remember that being a thing.

The defense is elite imo. All Rodgers has to do is keep the ship steady and get the ball out quick

Based on what? He's made no major errors over the last two years and the jets have excelled at defense

I thought he made some major errors last year. I didn't like how he handled the QB situation, he let Zach play too long then allowed the rest of the team to piss on him. And believe me I'm no fan of Zach Wilson. The team had a few must win games last year and came out completely dead in pretty much all of them. That to me is an indictment on the coach. Not to mention his clock management has been pretty poor as well.
