We utterly destroyed them in the 4th last game… could have again but Thibs refused to go back to what worked. Even if for a couple of minutes to end the game. Idiotic.

Then the Hart turnovers and miss and the Mitch ludicrous foul. Just crazy, man. Hoping the series doesn’t turn on that because the East is wide open even if we’d be major underdogs.

Once Knicks fans starting talking about Indy I had a feeling this wouldn't end well. Its the Knicks. If history has taught us anything its that we need to pump the brakes and let things play out before we start moving on to the next series. One game at a time. Nothing comes easy with this franchise.

Our offense is stagnating

We won game 4 with fierce defense in the 4th to win that one, but that overshadowed the reality we weren't scoring much either at the end of that game. We simply won because they were not scoring at all

And that doesn't happen all the time and you can't depend on generating offense from defense alone. At some point, you need to get busy and run offensive sets and generate good shots and looks for your teammates

This devolved into chitty ISO ball and Brunson was the primary culprit. He is falling into hero ball mode with his teammates standing around watching instead of moving off the ball

This team is dangerous when they run their screens and everyone is in motion. Active motion off the ball lessens bad shot selection. Right now our shot selection is mediocre or worse

Other than one bad turnover towards the end, OG was making mostly good decisions, including when to create his own offense. But overall, the team was out of sync with each other late in the game

Truthfully our second best player has been Deuce which is shocking ... I'd go so far as to say that I doubt seriously that Julius Randle would be making as many of his tough, clutch playoff shots ... I'm fairly certain, and history says, he would not

I think Randle would at least make it so Sixers couldn't focus on Brunson as hard, they couldn't have Oubre on Brunson, etc.

I don't think Randle would've been killing it out there, but him out there would still be something the Sixers have to pay attention to.

Randle changes the offense tremendously because you have to be cautious who you're doubling off of with Brunson. Kelly or Harris can't guard Randle.
