I know he just talked sht about our squad so I'm suppose to hate on him but stay was more than a bus rider. He was instrumental in those runs. He is mos definitely a HOF player. And whats cool about his game is he got the most out of his skills. Busted his ass and a real student of the game. A really cool player - minus all the dick kicking sht. That's unforgivable.

Hate the guy but those line ups of death don’t work without him being able to play the 5 with his passing and rim protection. No one else’s small ball really worked out cuz they didn’t have him. That doesn’t mean his criticism of us makes any sense. Why would fronting a player in the post for a few possession matter?

Idk a team that wants to do right by an aging vet wing who is on a bad team who wants to be on a contender and they also want to add some 2nd round picks.

More importantly why are you trying to kill my hope of solidifying the roster.

Also if were going to play this game if no one wants to trade for an oft injured mitch why are some of you counting on him. The tables turned.

Ok. I predicted Big V from the Wizards yesterday, then said Boucher today.

I think it's the Wiz, and the trade happens.

https://www.spotrac.com/nba/player/_/id/8055/jonas-valanciunas
https://www.spotrac.com/nba/player/_/id/27002/mitchell-robinson

Even if Mitch is hurt, Wiz still get out of 1 year of Valanciunas vs Mitch.
Mitch is under contract this year and next, V for this year and 2 more.

Knicks give them their pick back, which is more valuable to them than it is the Knicks.

Knicks deal out of the bottom of the C deck for Whitmore with Sims.

I don't even specifically like the valanciunas trade, just seems like what will go down.

Big V = aging vet (not a wing), to the Knicks (a contender) and Wiz get better than some 2nds, the "2nds" the Knicks possess from the Wiz would revert back to being a 1st round pick for them. Which is pretty valuable for a team that absolutely sucks balls.

I respect it.

He has been vital in some of our most recent best moments. I just really think we're vv close to winning a chip and value winning over nostalgia/loyalty. If he does stay i hope I'm wrong. That my fears are unsubstantiated and that he can contribute to our success and that og and the rest of the wings stay healthy.

It's all conditional about what the Knicks think (rightly or wrongly) about Mitch's health, both short term and longer term (following season) plus whatever thoughts they might have about his work ethic/professionalism etc.

Mitch is a fun goofy guy who is really good rebounder and rim protector. IF he's healthy

Idk enough to have an opinion on Whitmore but idc at this point. We need a wing who can eat some mins.

Also don't know sht about Boucher but I know enough about val to know he sucks. So I'll go work the former.

What are knicks going to add? About a week to find out.
New reality of Son ship!

He's trying to slight KAT so I'm slighting him

Was he instrumental with his defense and rebounding? Absolutely. I don't take that away from the dick kicking tool.

But none of Golden State works without Splash Bros/KD. Dray talks like he was that guy but he was like the 4th important player on that club. As we saw, as soon as Steph and Klay started to hit road blocks, he was irrelevant and Golden State ended up in the lottery.

Hmmm, this is really good news. While we may not see him this season, his defense would be a terrific asset to the team if he's getting healthy.
