He's been hobbled since they traded for him in 2010. His shooting percentages haven't been the same since he was traded from Utah.

Athletics need athletes to be healthy to perform at optimal levels... that's just the truth of the matter. Be it Melo last year with the groin and the elbow or was it a wrist or Williams who already knows he's going to have surgery.
