We field a starting lineup of

White
Kid
Chandler
Brewer
Thomas

and we lose to a last second buzzer beater

Celtics started with

Pierce
Rondo
Garnet
Terry
Collins

...and get blown out 118 - 96

Yah I'm gonna go ahead and say Im ok with our loss and cant wait to get our team healthy and back.
Also looking forward to Jan 7th and the Celtics, havent forgot about Pierce bowing to the Garden in jest, flying around like a airplane and of course Tebowing last year....

but Boston is a "playoff team"....meaning, I dont think they care much about the regular season at this point. Even as an 8th seed, they'd be dangerous. I never believe those guys are done until they're DONE.

Yeah but at some point your will in your mind and what your body can actually achieve are no longer aligned.

that is true...

but honestly dude...

for the last 2 years I've been saying "Boston is done"...and they end up going farther than I thought they would. this very well might be the year their window closes shut, but I'll believe it when I see it.

Can someone tell me why I got suspended for posting this in the General Board's "RIP Celtics" thread?

Everyone is making fun of Knicks fans there, yet I make a small joke and I get instantly suspended. I mean there's guys with signatures that say #LOLBROOKLYN and other ****, why can't I post this?

I thought it was hilarious.

Knicks fans are not allowedi in the super secret GB clubhouse. Stay away. We're worse than the Bobcats and Kings combined to those clowns.

It's also not very smart to draw conclusions from two completely different games.

We got crushed by Houston twice---what conclusion to draw from that? Boston is currently out of sync....I'll almost go as far as guaranteeing major improvement for them down the line. Maybe not to the point of winning 50+ games anymore but easily making the playoffs and win 45 games. They'll string together some 5 game winning streaks here and there. Book it.

The sad part is that the pic is completely true. I also love how they keep referring to the past.

Knicks fans really should never post on the GB.

I've yet to do it since becoming a mod, it's not a place for quality discussion, and once they know you're a Knicks fan, you're automatically labeled "dumb", and your thoughts don't matter.

The Bulls might just be the worst team to watch in the NBA. And they're about to lose to the Bobcats.

“There’s always going to be Knicks fans, though,” Williams said. “They’ll sneak in. They’ll find a way.”

The Bulls 3 point defense is good, but their guard penetration defense is awful. If you have guards who don't settle for jumpers and attack the basket, both in halfcourt and transition, they are easy to beat. Just don't settle for outside jumpers.
