JR can't be traded until Jan 15, I believe.

lowry is not great. but all our guards are terrible this year and they're trying to save the season.

He is actually better in every single way than Felton this season.

he avg like one 3 a game for his first few years and wasn't good he has taken 4-5 over the past 4 years and has been good.

facts man, they are good you should try them sometimes.

The biggest disparity is with 3pt shooting is this year . Felton is @ %28 but I think his injuries have a lot to do with that. Lowry is a better 3pt shooter overall but it's a marginal better. He's not "Throw in Shumpert or a 1st rounder better". If you compare overall FG% Felton and Lowry are nearly identical.

fair enough, but now lets talk about the disparity of lowry's defense compared to felton's

He's light years ahead of a gimpy Felton. That is my issue with all of this. We are making moves based on low end play. Felton is no Chris Paul but when healthy he's alright. Would anyone have entertained this type of trade last season?

I get that Feltons play is trash right now and I'm open to moving him, but I be damned if we give away our best trade assets as throw ins.

I'll take anything at this point.

Lowry is a small upgrade over Felton.

This team needs a trade so I'm all for Lowry. Shumpert keeps declining so if he needs to be included, so be it. Kid sucks. He really does! Landry Fields 2.0. Shumpert will never average 10 ppg in his career and he hasn't played D since his rookie season. And he's mentally WEAK with fake hustle.

Boy you gotta start watching him play. This guy's a pit bull out there...pure grit and grind

Don't want to trade him for just Shump + Felton anyways

But just sayin that he isn't trash..he's actually a good player

Realistically, he's probably your only chance at getting out of mediocracy and giving Denver Wiggins on a silver platter

which is what it's about. felton has one of those lingering issues that might last a long time. they're trying to fix us for this year.

Now that I think about it, Felton + Shumpert + Hardaway Jr makes so much sense if you're dealing with an incompetent FO like ours, it's definitely going to happen. Ross hasn't improved at all from his rookie season and Hardaway Jr is already better than him. It's happening.

just want to ask 2 simple questions

can lowry defend at a higher rate the felton?

can lowry make open 3's at a higher rate then felton?

Lowry can defend rebound, there was a period in Houston where was putting up close to Triple Doubles.

Eat Fields contract, hang up the phone if they ask for THjr or Shump

A Lineup of

Lowry
Prigs
Shump
Melo
Tyson

To Close out games

Lowry is better than Felton when Felton is 100% ride or die, ima a NY bulldog bull s hit that we fall for. He's better by a decent amount.

He's a pitbull out there. Good defence and a good 3 point shot. He's not a playmaking PG but he brings that tough and grit that's lacking in point guards these days.

Sorry to say but doesn't seem likely we'll be making a trade with you guys. No picks and getting Shump when we already have a logjam at SG doesn't make sense.

There's only two explanations for this. Either there's a third team involved where Shump goes or Masai is using you guys to bring the value of Klow up

you're rebuilding. log jams are meaningless. shump is still on a rookie contract next year. he's an asset. you might build up his value there.

He's a RFA this offseason though?

From the rumours I've been reading about, he thinks his value is a lot higher than it should be.

There's no way I want to make this trade and them see Shump demand 9-10 mill +

nope not this summer. the next one

Yes but he can be lazy there too. I've seen it repeatedly.

Yes but he's streaky. Overall he's a better shooter than Felton though.
