If Amar'e trade then Knicks pull trigger on Barg trade sending another asset with.
Then Knicks full press for Melo, Brom and Gasol.
If Bosh picks Hou then Knicks have no taker for Amar'e and probably no Barg trade either so also then possibility of Melo leaving goes up a little.
Where? Dunno....
The problem with this scenario is that Bosh might be waiting for LeBron to commit to MIA before he decides on HOU. And if LeBron says he's leaving MIA, then Bosh goes to HOU and Lin is traded to Philly, meaning the Knicks can't clear space for LeBron.
Bron gave Bosh his choice, take less(probably like $12mil starting) in Mia with me or go get yours, nothing has changed so Bosh needs to make his coice already.
Right, but my point is if Bosh chooses HOU, it could lead to Lin being shipped out to PHI, preventing us from moving STAT there, and thus preventing us from getting LeBron. If Bosh chooses the paycut in MIA, LeBron stays, and again it prevents us from getting LeBron.
This is all assuming, of course, that the scenario we are talking about is what is actually happening behind the scenes -- which probably isn't the case, anyway.
