It definitely seems fair to say Rose used her for sex. Maybe he thought that's all it amounts to whereas she may have wanted more. And it is also not a stretch to say you're a megamillionaire throw me a little change bro. It doesn't necessarily make you a hooker, but when you're broke and the person you're sleeping with is very rich it would probably be a decent thing to help them out with something. I can see that from her point of view very easily. And I can see how she felt discarded like a used thing and wanted vengeance.

My impression of Rose as a person is not good. He does sound clueless about how other people see things and he is probably very callous. But I can also see a POV on his part that you are not a hooker, but a hook up so I don't pay. Even if he is a dick in every other way, I can understand that point being an actual statement of principle on his part.

To me it sounds like all of these things, but not rape. And even if Rose is a douche she would be a much bigger one for making false accusations so I can only side with the innocent when they are falsely accused. This is not about who is a nice person, but the truth.

idk how people are jumping to think rose wasn't good to her. he bought her a macbook, a tv, flew her around, he gave her a taste of his lifestyle when they were together. out of all the women in LA, he chose her for his LA fun. and that's where it ends. he didn't owe her chit. she wanted the sex and his company just as well, read her texts. they weren't in a monogamous committed relationship, and he damn well already treated her well enough. she said so herself, he was great to her, she wanted to marry him. both parties knew what the deal was, but obviously she wanted more deep down, because rose was her lottery ticket, and she would've been set for life. she was damn near 30yrs old, jumping from job to job, still in school.
