I've been rooting for wins all season because I'm tired of losing but I'm sort of worried we're gonna end up like the Magic who half-assed a rebuild with bloated deals and now basically are at square one.

This all changes if KP is a legit #1 option but who knows at this point. This year, with the lack of talent around him, he's clearly out of his depth but he could still grow into that role.

Beasley, in the first half, is what I wanted/hoped Melo would've been.

A guy who can score at will, but will play smart and make the right decision on offense. Beasley looks for pass in the offense first, but when it wasn't there, he realized he had a mismatch on offense so he attacked his man.

Shame Melo couldn't have been like this. I may have liked him

Wow, dieng is not the defender I thought he'd be. When I watched him in Louisville, I was hoping knicks would find a way to get him to control the paint. He seems lost and lethargic. Glad I'm not in control of knicks FO

Frank needs to develop a left hand when dribbling. Holy ****. I know he's young, but how the **** does a PG not have a left hand?

Answer: Greg Anthony didn't dribble/drive with his left hand. Isiah Thomas let him know that when Anthony criticized his run of the Knicks front office.

As for the game itself, the Knicks don't have the offensive weapons to make a Jeff Hornacek system work and they don't play enough defense to cover up their deficiencies.

Jeremy Lin came to mind reading this, the good news being, it can definitely be improved.

I hope so. Like I said, I know he's young, but it really needs to be developed by him and the coaches

Scouting report I out on KP and frank, and Jeff refuses to adjust/fix, or they both don't care to change and get better. Kanter has fixed himself. I'm not a huge fan, but I like that mentality.

And I thought Clyde didn't travel

We're still missing a solid SF. We're not getting much offense from that position.

The Wolves crew sits right behind where Thibs stands. He wasn't mic'd at all. He's ambient noise.

I know. But I talking about next year and beyond. My guess is that Lee will be gone before next season.

He's completely reversed from his college scouting report. He's often a step slow on defense, but is becoming a very solid offensive big man.

Tan would be a good mentor for him. Hopefully he can pickup some things from him before he retires.

Don't really know who Tan is, but he's worked with Hakeem Olajuwon in the past.
