Yea in fairness to Randle they always defer to him with a short shot clock and then7he gets doubled and passes to someone for the expiring shotclock.... Its a ridiculous pattern

I still think he will be, it's entirely premature to give up on him at 21 years old with his build and work ethic. Hes shown flashes of being able to takeover, hit clutch shots. He's just inconsistent right now, something is going on behind the scenes. maybe an issue with Thibs when he called out the team and both RJ and someone else disagreed with coach. This dude is seriously a stud in rebounding... he's our Isaiah Stewart without the crazy... he brings instant energy and he just has a knack for rebounding... how it doesn't immediately stand out to Thibs and coaches, I don't know. He needs to learn both ends a lot more, but only through experience/ playing time.
