Mitch would really limt Hart's effectiveness with the starting unit. You might as well bring Hart off the bench at that point if you are dead set on starting Mitch.

The bigger question remains...how can you trust Mitch to handle starters minutes...I answer that...you can't!

I still say Mitch (when he’s healthy) and deuce in the starting lineup. Hart and Mikal to the bench. It fixes the bench and brings fire power off the bench. Then the defensive lineup with Mitch og and deuce mask jb and KAT. This POS coach won’t do it though.

I think Hart off the bench would be such a big boost for us. Way too often Mikal or OG don’t have it and he slides right in. Plus he gets others involved and picks up the energy. I just don’t know if he’d take it as an insult but really it’s a compliment to how much I think he could make the bench minutes better.

I heard you on the KFTV PG. Deuce McBride Deuce Biggalow it don’t matter

macri has always been a thibs supporter allthewhile all of us are asking for his head, so this is quite the surprise

sure there is the minutes problem, but i am starting to somehow realize this, something we are just seeing from the outside looking in

-- that thibs just allows the core players to do what they want on the court, without any semblance of control; which could mean they could sub in or remain anytime and how long they want and he wont object - which leads to obscene playing minutes

towns already wasnt feeling right with his knees 20 mins before regulation but apparently requested be back in.
should not have been allowed to return. Thats nuts

Good point!

Did Melo respond yet?

Undo the KAT trade so that we will have two defensive genius in Randle and DDV to cover all those holes 8-)

Or trade Towns for Giannis. At least he shows how to win big in the East without a three-point shot.

Then the endless loop of discussion on whether Knicks supporting cast fits more than that of Bucks. :D

Right. We’re only 3-4 games back and in 3rd place with plenty of time left in the season.

Mitch will help this team there's no question about it. It's probably the only option that will make Thibs style of coaching any better. My guess is Hart to the bench as a sixth man.

The absolute best thing the Knicks can do for themself right now is to drop to the four seed. Just rest KAT and OG for the next ten or so games. Enough to let the bucks or pacers catch us. Give them 15 games to rev up for the post season. Then face the pacers or bucks in the first round. And Cavs in the second. You avoid the buzz saw that is Boston. And you avoid Detroit in the first round who matches up with the Knicks the best.
If you eliminate giannis in the first round you might entice him to join or request a trade to NY

Holy sh**
Is KAT gonna sit a few games?
This is actually PERFECT
It allows us to drop to the fourth seed
That’s the seed we need to be to advance and we can matchup with the Cavs in the second round !!!

We might be the same team as the last couple of seasons, its just that we are beating the teams built with 10 day contracts more convincingly

Garland and Mitchell are a small back court and they’re a top 5 team defensively

I wonder how we were a top 5 team defensively with Randle and DDV last year then. Something ain’t adding up with your agenda as usual.

Every GM in the league would rather have Giannis than KAT. Do you even listen to yourself before you click submit?

Okay let's go back to last season, here are the number of game they played:

DDV - 81 games
Hartenstein - 75 games
Randle - 46 games

Randle could be a factor, but he's less significant than iHart and DDV to this has-been top 5 defensive team, would you agree?

That’s what i don’t get, Thibs is here to coach, not be buddy buddy with his players.
