Turner even with KAT? Or better?
I didn’t think they were that close at all, with KAT being obviously better. Turner can’t rebound
It's hard to play the PvP battle because in all honesty it doesn't matter. Pacers all play the same tempo/pace on offense. They are 11 deep with guys who can be a problem and they know/trust all of them.
Obi Toppin might be < Precious in certain context, but Toppin is going to score 12 points in 20 minutes on 7 shots. 2-4 from 3, 3-3 dunks.
Celtics game plan was OG vs Tatum. There really is no singular assignment this series. They are predictably un-predictable.
We really have not struggled with them at any time when we have been healthy, so I am really not worried, but it's a completely different animal compared to Pisons (Cade and Co) and Celtics (Tatum's team)

That's certainly true. Pacers have been shooting crazy good from 3. Like almost all their players have been shooting 40%+ from 3 in the playoffs. We really need to guard that 3 point line.

They needed a miracle shot by Nemphard to win that game. Now we have lost Hartenstein and DD from that team that played the Pacers but we have now Mitch + KAT + OG + Mikal in there. If our top 7 stay healthy we'll win this series.
Knicks top 7 >>>> Pacers top 7
If the Knicks don't win this series then it is because Thibs got severely outcoached.
Brunson >>>>> Haliburton
Hart >>>> Nemphard
Mikal >>> Nesmith
OG < Siakam
KAT >>> Turner
We have 5 out of the best 7 players on both teams and we have the best player on the court as well. This series shouldn't even be that close. If we stay healthy, we should really win.
I'd say Turner is even with KAT or better and Brunson and Hali are not comparable.
It's a close call between KAT and Turner but if KAT is aggressive on offense I give him the edge. Turner is really limited on offense outside shooting open jumpshots. For me the rebounding difference between them is just too big to give Turner the edge. Turner gets you 6-7 rebounds, KAT gives you like twice as much and rebounding IMO is a very big part of the game.

When you two are done sharing that crack pipe can I get a hit?

They aren't even D'Antoni's Rockets or Suns.
They might be the Doug Moe Nuggets though.

We need to watch the leak outs after shots go up by sending 1 1/2 guys back and letting the others crash. (1 goes to half court, other hangs around 3 point line).
Our transition defense needs to be better than it was in Boston

Reggie is one of the most fairest analysis out there. Was pro-Knick when they started turning the corner.

I’m more concerned about our own offense which was stalling in the first quarters against Boston. we scored 13 pts in the first quarter in game 1 and each game felt like a slow start offensively for the first 5-6 minutes. The pacers are going to score some points no matter what we just can’t afford those kinds of massive scoring droughts
