Man I was watching the Linsanity movie and it just really hit me how dumb it was not to bring that dude back. He is exactly what this team is missing right now.

That Miami game killed his chances... All the media went on a raid then... In the end, Dolan and Isaiah Thomas made their thing (I remember Isaiah then when tweeted this: Felton can go left)

The kind of magic Lin produced when he was here has value beyond what his contract is worth. The Knicks were and remain idiots.

Lakers have enough for a max contract in the offseason. I really doubt they will give that up for Amare who is worse than Gasol in the first place.

Lettin Lin go for Felton who was having te worst season of his carter was just stupid

Trade for Omar and Lin

Chandler and shump for Omar , Lin . (2) 2nd rounders

Dump Felton somewhere in the woods but before Lin returns JR has to go

I just posted some trade scenarios that not just make sense for us, but we save our souls from all the cancers in our locker-room & on the court, too!! I doubt that Mills can be that good, though

Aldrich, Bargs, Felton and future first for Lin and Asik (they count just 8.5M on the cap)

Amare, Smith, Udrih and future first for Afflalo, Davis and Turkoglu

If needed, also throw Shump (and even MWP) just to get it done and clean the house (sorry for 2018 and 2020 first rounders, but you cant dump our cancers without future damage)

Chandler/Asik/Tyler
Carmelo/Martin/Davis
Shump/MWP/Turkoglu
Afflalo/THJ/R.Hamilton
Lin/Prigioni/Murry

Chandler, Carmelo, Shump, Afflalo, Lin... with Asik, Martin, MWP, THJ, Prigs coming from the bench, looks to a contender to mee... another option: trade, Shump, Amare, Felton and 2018 1st for Rondo, Wallace and Lee/Humphries... What we all agree is the fact that the changes are needed and ASAP

If we can get this lineup I'd stop watching tube8 during Knicks games and actually watch them.

Man that lineup would make us top 4 at least in the East. I love Afflalo, he's a professional and hard worker, he's a basketball guy like Lin.

just how useless and awful is marquis teague? i see being beaten out in the backup PG role in CHI can't be a good sign. maybe just a change of scenery?

i dont want to trade future picks. i will ride it out with this team (for better or worse -- maybe go for a rebuild) or make trades that dont involve picks.

i honestly dont think that team makes it past miami...or indiana.

With elite PG and head coach, I think we can suprise them... Best case scenario, Melo signs for less money... that would open up a lot of options... We can go then with:

M.Gasol (or Chandler if we can't get rid of JR's and Felton's contracts in 2015)
Carmelo
2015 pick
Shump/THJ
Rondo

Knicks get - Dion Waiters, Anderson Varejao & Gerald Wallace.

Cavs get - Rudy Gay & Iman Shumpert

Raptors get - Kris Humphries (exp) & Alonzo Gee

Celtics get - Amar'e Stoudemire

Knicks get to build with a backcourt of Dion Waiters & Tim Hardaway Jr., as Dion has PG potential. Dion's rookie contract also runs for 3 more seasons. Varejao to backup Tyson when he returns & slide Kenyon to permanent backup PF for Bargs. Wallace makes up for the defensive loss in Shump.

Cavs deals disgruntled player Dion & adds great compliment to Kyrie in Iman. Takes a chance on Rudy Gay as well since he fills a need & contract runs out same time as Varejao & Gee, who spots have been shaky this season anyway.

Raptors get out of Gay's deal & acquires an expiring in Humphries. Gee can fill in nicely as well for cheap.

Celtics, because supposedly they're already willing to deal Humphries & Wallace for STAT anyway.

I don't know why but I keep getting the feeling that Lin will be back with Knicks, soon. Maybe this season, maybe next, maybe in 2015.

I rarely get a strong feeling, I don't mean to brag, but when I do they're usually right.
