I see his ceiling as Jason Terry, maybe a little better.

And if anyone was going to get that ceiling out of him, it would be Popovich.

Either way, if he came close to being Jason Terry - he is a STEAL for the deal I got.

Also...he averaged 12, 4, & 4 in only 27 MPG. The guy can clearly play at the NBA level. If he becomes more efficient, he has a long career ahead of him.

Your going to have to hope Pop has a lot of patience with your squad. He is coming from a team with arguably the highest basketball IQ in the game maybe outside the Boston Celtics. Duncan, Ginobli, and Parker have great basketball IQ's

You have Westbrook and Walker who are two of the best young athletes in the game but tend to lack basketball IQ. This would be his greatest coaching job if he was able to get that to work. Lot of work but Pop is the best he just has to have the patience :D

not particulary. Not an awful trade but trading back this late really does no good especially when you are improving you back of the bench spots. Also I have a target at 234 that I don't think will last until 288

He has also developed talent like Stephen Jackson, DeJuan Blair, George Hill, Beno Udrih, Tony Parker, Manu Ginobili and many more. Stephen Jackson isn't exactly the most level headed guy, but under Pop...he works. He has had guys in the past who have just had outbursts of inappropriate behavior (Horry leveling Nash to name one).

I am confident that there is not a single situation that this guy can't handle.

It's not like there have been any REAL issues with Westbrook or Kemba in their NBA career. Westbrook has been criticized for things that won't have the opportunity to occur as a member of my squad. The negativity around him is eliminated. Kemba is no longer on the worst team in the league so the focus is not on him. He can relax and play his game - learning from one of the best coaches of all time.

I also have the IQ guys. Pekovic & Redick are two EXTREMELY high IQ guys.

I needed some scoring off the bench and I could not believe that he almost fell to me at 192. Once he got picked at 188, I had to get him - still feel I got him for less than his value is really worth by quite a bit.

confirmed. Rivers is an intriguing Player who should work well as a good Combo Guard.

Good young defensive team, but Battier feels out of place on your squad.

Thanks for the feedback Grind..

I figured my guys could use some experience around them. Also Shane serves as a nice spot up shooter for guys like DeMar and Kyle who can draw double teams and kick it out. I think I'll need to address my low post scoring though.
