Almost the same as H2H...Can't really punt. You can worry about injuries a little bit less because you aren't trying to win every week. Same categories as H2H...you can basically judge it like H2H, but you have to worry more about tanking a category.

When can we start talking **** to each other?

there is no offseason in trash talking, f'er. Aids, ebola, and bird/swine flu to your whole roster. LOL. In my other league(all people I know in real life) we've been talking **** all off season and since the league was created in the beginning of October, we've been going at each other non stop. I think our pre season talk thus far will surpass our regular season **** talk. I think we've burnt ourselves out too early. I need to pace myself with the s talking otherwise I'll have nothing in the tank left as the season progresses.
