hes 24? wtf

Nah he's 27

yeah he's 27. I was wrong about his age when he got the injury, he was 25 years old not 24.

Did anybody else notice Jeff Hornacek and James Harden have a little verbal exchange last night after Harden drew the foul from behind the 3 point line? You could see Jeff's competitive spirit there, I thought he was about to put on a jersey and get out there himself lol

Jeff seems like a nice guy and very calm during interviews but people forget that this guy played with fire and I would love to see him fired up in the locker room.

I didn't see that, but I did notice that fire you're talking about when the camera would cut to him briefly.

I think he got a bad rep from the Morris incident. I can totally see Hornacek being similar to Kerr. Mostly a nice guy, but the fire comes out when necessary.

If Carmelo's shot isn't falling he hurts the team.

Harden was telling him I got hit and Hornacek replied something like 'Yeah right.'

BREAKING NEWS:

In an ironic twist, D Rose set to testify for the defense in a civil lawsuit against the Houston Rockets for molestation and abuse in a trial that could only be classified as ironic.

Oh, btw, Jimmer scored I think 37 points the previous game against Houston for his Chinese team. Also 8 assists and 8 rebounds. He wouldn't have helped us?

I was watching the debate and the game at the same time. I didn't really get to watch the game as close as I liked. You can certainly tell that they have just installed a new offense, that spacing was pretty bad in the first half. Rust was also a factor, so many lay ups and missed wide open shots. The entire teams defense was terrible, I can already tell Rose's D is going to bother me all year. KOQ and Willy really need to work with Noah on keeping good position in pick and roll. KOQ just frustrates me so much I really hope that Willy beats him out for the job. Harden is going to have a monster season. There's going to be a triple double competition between Westbrook and Harden this year.

I loved how much better the Knicks looked after half, Horny actually make in game adjustments! Rose and Jennings both look really quick and actually got into the paint consistently! If Rose plays like this on offense all season it's going to be a fun year. Jennings was a little out of control but it's the first game, new system with new teammates. KP looks like he really improved his shot. I expect a lot higher FG% from him this year. I would like to see some of KP attack the hoop more and some of these post moves he worked on in the next few games.

Melo gets some of the worst offensive foul calls on him it's ridiculous, he gets almost 0 respect from the Ref's. I feel like it's been a while since I've seen Melo play a great game. I know it's just one preseason game and I shouldn't be so quick to judgement but I didn't think that his knee injury would have such lingering effects.

I would hope he has that fire. He won't make it far without it.

Rose's D seems as advertised - Calderon like

CLee's D is good - he made several good plays in the first half. No doubt he didn't look good here and there as well, but you can see he's a quality defender. It jumps out. I didn't watch the 2nd half. Damn kids. I may torrent it, but watching KP's highlights will probably be enough.

Yeah that is crazy however for the purpose of winning maybe he should act that way. I think the offense should be run through KP and Melo should help spread the court. He's actually a pretty good jump shooter anyway, more than he gives himself credit for with all that posting up wasting time. He's a damn near 40% three point shooter. If I were Melo, that's where Id spend the rest of my career.

So Melo should just become Novak?
