LaMelo might get the record for youngest triple-double tonight

Set by Markelle Fultz of all people

He's about 5 months younger than Fultz was at the time, so if he gets one this year, he has it

Looks like he's much more progressed than I thought he'd be. Good for him, and good for Charlotte.

depended on the return. I didn't want to give up Mitch, and Mitch is our defensive anchor, and a big reason we're 5-4, but rn I think I would've moved him LaMelo. didn't expect him to be this good this soon

I just want to be a team who gets a guy who comes in and can be a star for this team. I love rj and have hopes. But he isn’t close to getting there with his shot. And it’ll take atleast another season or 2 before it’s consistent.

Honestly, I never really had him top 2, but he was clear 3rd on my board

Just thought he looked really raw, but if his shot translated, he could be really good

Shame he's stuck backing up Matthew Dellevadova in Detroit though.

i'm not unhappy with RJ's current skillset at 20 years old. but he needs to accept the limitations he has and lean into his strengths. for example, he can still bully into position to attract defense and get the ball to the man with the most space instead of trying to complete the play against said defenders

Yeah I saw some of the game. Kid has a lot of moves in his bag. He’s a better creator than Quickley for sure. I might be holding an L on Maxey. Thought he was meh

lamelo actually had a triple double locked up in the game before this one but they pulled him with 12 pts 10 reb and 9 ast with a few minutes left. he is an effortless triple double in every game

He basically only has to get the assist, cause his rebounding is automatic. He is the best rebounder on the team.
