We overpaid for EF. I'd like to see the contract gone and not sure he's a starter, but I like that he's speaking out at least.

Also think there is an outside chance a contender takes him for his shooting.

Still going to throw out there the idea of swapping him to get back Bullock lol.

...some sizably and some slightly more...he's NOWHERE near the worst contract....

he's not even a bad contract

Yeah, I have no objection to moving him, I just hate the idea of having to attach assets to him to do it.

I would literally take everyone from the above list over Randle

ROSTER

Walker Kessler/Daniel Gafford/Adem Bona
Nikola Jokic/Santi Aldama/Isaiah Stewart
Aaron Nesmith/Josh Hart/Jaime Jaquez

You’re living in a dream world, Randle is the worst contract in the nba right now..the Knicks will have to unload and asset and take on a bad contract in hopes of ridding themselves of him

You convinced yourself of this or something? bc it's not even close to being true.

Rande needs a change of scenery, he's not a terrible player on the right team. He can't take the pressure of this city. A lot guys in NY sports couldn't.

Eh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I only dump IQ to rid of Randle for Fox not to rid of Fournier

Yup, because it would kind of suck to lose IQ, but it's in the process of shedding Randle, it's bringing in a PG, and there's still a young guy on the roster who is PG, and while not as good as IQ, McBride might have a better upside as a PG than IQ, who is a SG/PG. So, starting PG acquired, future backup PG still present.
Then there is Grimes, who is a better SG than IQ is who is a SG/PG, so that also makes IQ expendable.
Finally, Cam was acquired for useless Knox, and that's another SF/SG type, so again, some overlap for IQ

But losing IQ to make up for the bad move of Fournier is just a bad way of going about things.

In that regard, I'd trade Burks for anything, move Fournier to the bench. There's still a glut, but it's not giving IQ away; there's always more moves that can be made in the offseason to address glut.

Yeah, hate to say it, but we really can afford to move IQ if we are getting value. We have Grimes and McBride (not to mention Kemba and Rose). Add in EF, RJ (and Cam to a degree) at the 2/3 (plus Burks), we can live with moving IQ--for value. Plus, out of all those guys, we still need a solution at PG.

Lol wall hasn't played all season yet teams are saying houston expects teams to attach a first to acquire wall..

No way we have to attach anything to trade Julius less than a season from an all pro season , on a team without a consistent PG and on the 48th ranked highest average per year contract.....

Gtfoh with this we have to attach an asset garbage

Seriously. I don't think Fournier is the problem at all. He's much easier to build with than the current Julius. His role just needs to be tweaked. He should probably come off the bench and just let him get buckets against 2nd units.

Can you add in Noel? Idk. If I'm taking Westbrook, I want it to be so I'm clearing the books after next season, but that means adding Randle, and not sure they have enough to give.

The problem is Thibs and always has been. Any idiot could tell that Fournier and Kemba needed to be moved to the bench but this guy doesn't understand there are other players than veterans.

Well no need to go to trade machine anymore..rose standing pat is official

I really am curious if he thinks his trolling is good or if he’s really just a pure idiot

I've wondered what his angle is.

I've come to the conclusion he's one of those ret*rds that posts dumb trades of forum but who randomly happens to be talented at pedal steel guitar.

This is why I want to move Burks. So Fournier could take that role. Then I realize Thibs is coach and the only way to stop him starting either of these guys is to trade them both.

Let's corner the market on 2023 picks. Isn't that the draft where high school players can be drafted?

Let Deuce play until he is. But again Thibs... So idk if he's even capable of making any changes
