with the salary cap hit in 2016, Phil should look to sign players on 1-2 year deals so they can accept a little pay-cut for then to be paid a lot more when the cap goes near 100M... I believe that Aldridge and Gasol would do that! ~ 70M more on their pockets

Then depending on who we get in the draft we can fill the rest of our open roster spots/holes with that strategy!!

Matthews also, coming from the injury and B.Knight fit well in that category. They are good triangle fits and at the same time have to show that they can stay healthy and play with consistency in order to get rich contracts in 2016!!

Teams are beginning to take an interest in Royce White again. Is there any reports of him getting his mental issues under control? If he has and his natural talent has not eroded much, he could be special. The man can dribble, shot and pass with the best of them. He would be a good fit on the Knicks.
