Meanwhile, back in New York, the Don rolls over and farts. Resting peacefully knowing that his assistants won't wake him until the Denver assclowns decide to get serious.

So would I. If this is the hold up donnie needs to get this done and stop playing hard to get.

I would very strongly consider it, Chandler isn't coming back anyway so we are talking Gallo for Melo.

Come to think of it, I pull the trigger.

Depend on situation... but if it's currently Chandler Felton Curry pick... 11th hour or Melo says i'm taking the nets or your deal, you add gallo no question.

This is what I wanted to say with my above post...if you MUST at the last second add him.

I got a text from ESPN. Carmelo says no meeting at all with nets.

Carmelo is going to be the biggest story of allstar weekend. Kind of messed up.

I know Donnie should stay strong but let's be honest, the closer we get to Melo, the more you just want to pull the trigger and get it done... Easy to say "wait until summer" in theory, hard to do when you could have another superstar potentially in a Knicks uni next week...

Too much misinformation to panic now..it would be great if the deal strikes right before the ASG..really messes with the atmosphere of the game.

You realize Amar'e is always wearing something representative of NY or the Knicks? He really has embraced it and loves to represent us, it's awesome. All the other all-star interviews they are just in reg gear.

So, lemme get this straight. We're holding up the deal because we don't wanna trade DANILO FREAKIN GALLINARI?!?!?! ARE YOU SERIOUS? He will NEVER be Melo. NEVER! He won't even be a top 100 NBA player!!! GET IT DONE ALREADY!!!

Glad to hear it. Knicks will need him when Amare begins breaking down, which my money says happens sooner rather than later. Melo & broken down Amare & no bench & no defense = borderline lottery team.

No team with Melo and Amare is a lottery team.... And also interesting, what about Hahns tweet makes you think giving up Gallo would be the final straw on the camels back type of situation, and not say, simple reluctance to part with Gallo (and that in that giving away of Gallo, we'd be giving up a 'bench' and 'defense')

I would suggest you read more articles to learn what a good article actually looks like...hint, it's not "blah, blah my source says Mike's a big scaredy pants, blah, blah"...

Well I agree that they should wait it out until Thursday, but if that is the final sticking point to make the deal then do it. Melo is a difference maker in this league, Gallo, not so much.
