JR isn't getting traded. Shumpert and Hardaway are.

Lowry ain't the answer though. He's stupid too and is not a true PG. He's just like Felton, he's playing better now though. The same **** we hate about Felton, Kyle does as well.

Kyle has 2 and a half turnovers per game, higher than his career. He gets nearly 2 steals a game though. I think statistically he's actually a top 10-15 PG.

GoodAzzGame_NYK wrote:lowry is on a one year deal though. how much leverage do the raptors actually have here?

technically it would be a half rental.

seems like a 3rd team would have to be involved with felton and shump going there and lowry and possibly another piece coming to the knicks and the raptors getting a 1st round from another team?

i am torn giving up shumpert for a rental though, even if he is 10 times better than fatty felton, anything to get fatty off the team is alright with me

What's the bird rights situation for Lowry?

we all watched yesterday. Prigs is great for 20 maybe even 25 minutes but he was gassed last night at the end of the game.

he is old and can't play 30+ minutes a night.

SMH. Title alone got me rock hard.

This season does strange things to a man.

I admit that Shumpert is to blame for some of his own problems. But what he has is pretty unique if he can get through this fog.

Honestly I was never so high on Shump. I was ecstatic his rookie year, but he still has not shown how he can score at an NBA level. I thought he could be a good 3 and D player when he started hitting 3's late last season, but even that slowed down and his confidence is gone. Same thing can happen to THJR, but at least he can score. Could end up being JR Smith 2.0 but I would be fine with that rather than what Shump is giving us.

who can we get though ? he's about as good as it gets. and yes, he's basically felton when felton plays well. which aint happening this year much.

frank got this one right

Frank Isola ‏@FisolaNYDN 2m

The question is, do the Knicks believe Raymond Felton can get healthy and fit and play like he did last season. He's fallen off this year.

He's gunning for Andrew Wiggins ... He knows Felton will take him 1 step closer to a top 3 pick

Gentlemen's bet, nothing really on the line other than an Itoldyaso. I bet the Knicks don't deal THJ at all and only one of Shump and a pick that is protected. Dealio?

Eat Fields contract, hang up the phone if they ask for THjr or Shump

A Lineup of

Lowry
Prigs
Shump
Melo
Tyson

To Close out games

How do you suppose we eat up Fields contract ? We dont have a expiring big enough for him

This works:

Felton
JR
Aldrich

Lowry
Fields

More than likely they have no interest in JR but you gotta try.

Sickening.

I was wondering how long it would take for someone to drop Lin's name. 22 pages or so that is a Knicks board record. Unless I missed the reference earlier.

I think a fair deal would be shump and filler for lowry

or 1st rounder and THJR for lowry

if Massai gets BOTH THJR and Shump I don't know how to feel. Happy but then sad. Bittersweet.

Let's just hope a nice fair trade like the Bargnani deal that makes everyone think they're the winner.

So you would be happy about giving up two of your best trade chips for just Kyle Lowry?

Prigs is a reasonable backup PG.
He was a good complementary piece with Felton in the starting lineup.
He'd be an EXCELLENT 3rd string PG

But he sucks as a starting PG.
And just like that, the lead has been cut to 8!

What future do you see with Lowry on a fatter contract? And, if we don't sign him after the season, then what was the point in giving up anything to get him? Just to get Dolan his playoff ticket money?

i would rather deal with his expiring contract, than felton's contract for 2 more years

I bet you if they listed Raymond Felton he would be way below the About BBR and Privacy Statement.
