Hoping by some miracle we can get Luwawu, but no shot now thanks to Rose trade.

Anyway I'm hoping Phil can pull something like this off:

Trade Willy G for the highest pick we can get (hopefully late first/early second) and draft Zhou/Maker/Papagiannis.

Trade $3million cash to Bos for 45 & 51 or Utah for 42 & 52. Draft Lavert and Felder.

They could've won couple rings if it wasnt fiasco.
They would build around D.Howard with FA periods like Spurs did.

Also 3 years of misery didnt end yet. They got lucky to avoid giving their pick to 76ers.

Randle doesnt look special at all.
D.Russ has potential but he's not near Towns,KP. Also N.Young incident...
B.Ingram is #2 pick but it doesnt mean he's good. Draft is weak. He kinda reminds Durant but i doubt if he can ever reach R.Gay level.

They may need 1-2 more tanking years.

Last night I had a dream that Bembry and Cat Barber were both on the Knicks. Derrick rose was injured on the bench in his vintage suit. Bembry hits a pass to CAT for the game winner on Lebron. Cat then has a break out season on some linsanity ****. we then waive rose and tell him to go back to Chiraq. Common Phil get it done. Our NBA finals is here lets get it y'all!

Keep an eye on Wayne Selden. Big, strong, huge wingspan. Ferocious inside game and excellent form on his J. Could be a plus defender too. Knicks worked him out.

Ferocious isn't a word to describe any part of Selden's game. If it was he wouldn't be projected to be a bottom of the 2nd round pick. In fact the lack of it is why he's currently a 2nd rounder.

Why do people wanna trade Willy for a pick? What's the point? Willy would probably be a late first round pick this year anyways. Let's see what we got in him.

That would be a nice draft. I like Caris Lavert and Anuchu too

That's tough when people are trying to get more space to sign FAs too.

I'm not against going for Lamb. He played well for the first half of the year and then took a nosedive in the second. Dunno why.

I would say take on Lamb because I like his potential but, 7 million is too much before FA. We need all of the space we can get.

Would eat into our space though. You could soften the blow by sending KOQ back to them though. Lamb and a 1st is a good haul for KOQ if they're trying to shed salary.

That could work, too. Or reroute KOQ to a third team for a pick.

Honestly, I don't think we end up doing much in FA in terms of high impact players anyway. If Phil is smart, he takes on value guys going forward (and 1 year deals) while keeping max space available for 2017.

We need bodies, and he's be a good fit, but unfortunately we can't make that move until we know how FA is going to play out. It's tempting as hell though!

I'm all over this. Lamb can start and we can draft a big or another wing. Valentine could even be here.

Ha, that's what I was thinking too. KOQ is going to be included in all of our future trade discussion or we'll have nothing to do all summer. :D

Lamb's contract is only 7 mil per. He would be a nice role player for us and we still would have 25 mil at least in cap. I wouldn't be opposed to it
