I agree that this is a litmus test, which is yet another reason I'm hoping for Bud or Stack. Blatt could end up being great here, but the initial hiring won't tell us that anything has changed, given his relationship with Mills. Hiring Jax would be a very clear sign, however.

Stackhouse has a relationship with Perry from their time in Detroit. How is that different?

Fair point. I completely forgot about the Pistons connection.

But how close is their relationship? I'm legit asking. I know he worked in the front office for two of the years Stack played there before they traded him, but I haven't read much else suggesting that they have a close friendship or interacted all that much when both were in Detroit.

The Blatt/Mills tie seems to be stronger, at least based on their reported long-standing friendship since playing together at Princeton.

Not sure why because that's completely wrong. It's the people who don't like Frank that appear to want Mark Jackson - kinglee, Greenie, and the like were trying to make a case for him / why he should be given a second chance.

Also, enjoy your 12 hour suspension for baiting. You've been warned numerous times in the past to not bait, and here you are doing it again. This stops now.

WHY NOT???

He sucks as a coach

The defensive scheme was built by Ron Adams, which is why it was sh*t until 2014

On offense, he had the Warriors as the worst passing team in the league, and instead of using the greatest shooting backcourt of all time, he decided to iso Harrison Barnes

And that's not even getting into the toxic culture he instilled there

Dude sucks

I guess these people don't know what they are talking about.

Meaningless. One guy said it. Everyone else repeats it. That's how the media works. Look at how riduculous that whole statement is. Knicks are widely expected to hire someone as early as this week? No shyt...or as late as next week? Who knew? Maybe the week after? No substance.

Bondy had an article this week saying Jackson was a top contender and Bud wasn't. So take that for what's worth.

No one is going to get banned for wanting Mark Jackson no matter how much crap we give them

Their Burke fixation turned them into a Frank troll which made no sense and he was called out for it many times so that was where they generated a loss of goodwill probably

Still, it sounds like they left after a suspension which is different than being permanently banned

That’s his opinion. Bondy doesn’t know anything. The man has zero sources. He’s assuming (correctly) that Bud would either prefer a better team or a bigger role.
