His defensive rep was always overstated, and now his 3-point shot appears to be broken.

when i told people mikal's defense was terrible they said it was due to his role on brooklyn. but they would never acknowledge that the nets reduced his role last season and his effort was worse than it ever was. he got paid and stopped playing defense.
