Really feeling Burks backing up Ray Allen.

Sweet sweet pick, had him targeting really soon, too and actually that's why I was never that high on Hayward due to Burks who killed it in summer league and is on a mission to get the starting spot.

He's good enough that he just might do it.

Reminds me of a young Raja Bell.

Double post:

He's aged quite a bit in Detroit, even had a chance to leave and chose to re-up for the money.

Hes also playing with bums. You put him on a playoff team, and you get a much different Prince. Prince is still a very good player.

Bums he chose to go back and play w/ when he coulda easily signed for less w/ a contender so that should tell you something.

He got his ring and is done.

Knicksfan20 wrote:Melo the great...If you had reading comprehension skills you would have read that i said the same exact thing, in the same exact quote you quoted.

I said he has 3 6th men on 1 team, and that he needs to trade one of them. What part of that is me saying that he needs to play all 3 of them at pg/sg/sf and that he should continue on with them? Are you serious? Dont insult my basketball knowledge either, because you havnt shown much from the small sample size of posts that ive seen from you.

You didnt even know if you should start Antawn Jamison over Blair or not... C'mon son.

1st off I was not talking to you I was talking to team owner.
2nd did I ever say I don't know who to start? I just asked for thoughts.
3rd why in the blue hell would my post be about you when we are both saying the samething? That clearly makes no sense.
4th if you read the whole post I clearly replied to the team owner by saying I guess you don't know much about basketball after he said I guess you don't watch much knicks games.
5th why do you feel so butthurt? Can you comprehen?

Don't question my basketball knowledge when we are both getting the same point across.

You quoted me...which lead me to believe you were responding to me. I also just smoked a bowl so its quite possible i read it wrong. Didnt mean to get personal, felt like you were coming at me and my natural instinct is to do the same back.

My bad.

Lol say it to Ron's face

i mean 8 years ago he made his first an only all-star game.

he is a solid player at this point in his career and still effective on the defensive end but I dont' think he is anywhere near an all-star at this point in his career.

Nash, Manu, Pau, and Hibbert to lesser degree can play at an all-star level. Also not sure I would start both Thabo and MWP...you big guys would get doubled teamed every time they touched it early in games.

Of course Ron's no longer an all star,But he's still a mad man and i needed one

I'm currently trying to address the Thabo situation. Tried to get Affalo but got turned down which I totally understood, but just so you can see where this great mind of mine is at.

The fact that ron ron made a all star game he will forever be called a all star.

I doubt Manu makes another all star game, but he will be labeled a all star .

Same goes for dlee they still to this day call him a allstar even though he just made 1 and that might be his only one ever seeing how the west has a load of good big men.

Nobody can take that away from them.

This Ron Ron stuff drive me crazy... Before Ron came to the Lakers (the last I believe prior years) he averaged 20 ppg. His role diminished for obvious reasons. Based on his 8 years of scoring when he had an OPPORTUNITY. I see no reason why he could do it again if given said opportunity...

Afflalo would be a very nice pickup, but im assuming he might be a little difficult to get.

I doubt he can average 20 now, but maybe around 14-17 ppg.
