The good thing for us is that since the 2023 protected 1st might not convey until 2025, Dallas can’t trade any future 1sts until 2027. Not going to be easy to upgrade the team with such limited draft capital. But they could remove the protection from the 2023 pick and have access to the 2025 pick in a trade. Bottom line, F Dallas and F Porzingis.
