I'm not too concerned about blowing the lead. Heat had the desperation of a thousand virgins. The refs bet the house on the heat. We needed a game like this to endure. Wins like this make you better, and oppositely losses like this make you worse. I more wanted to get out of his contract because I didn't think Him/RJ/Brunson was enough to win a title, so why lock ourselves up to what I thought was a treadmill team and unfortunately still don't think they can win a championship unless they get one more good piece, but they're better than what I thought for sure.

Going through something like this now where I turned an ankle, wanted to be a tough guy and kept playing on it and it's still swollen a week later but getting better. Obviously NBA athletes get better medical care and they wouldn't have allowed Brunson back into the game if it was serious but if there is even a 1% of making it worse, he should rest. We got a good lead on Miami for that 4th seed and I'm not concerned anymore about the Nets.
