That dude is strong af. Parsons got him the second time though.

yeah but why cant we just grab like the best sumo, this dude already looks better than evan neal.

and high key, he kinda just looks like hes chilling, like hes not trying to get pushed back instead of actually winning

Parsons put everything he had into the 2nd go around. Dude wasn't even serious

I dunno, that's a good question. Can sumo skills translate to the NFL? Footwork and hand work matters a lot along with brute strength

Giants picked up Allen Robinson. Unfortunately, probably a few years past being able to contribute.
Despite being healthy and playing 72% of the Steelers snaps last year, he has very limited production.

Surprised they didn't take a swing at Michael Thomas.

I expect nothing from him aside from being a camp body.

I hope Malik will be patient this season until we can get him a QB.

He’s already talking like a pro. We lucked up. He’s talking about learning the playbook first and his relationship with Dabs.

Yeah I saw that. He's going to a weapon either way, surely Danny or Drew can get the ball to this guy to create stuff after the catch.

Hang in there youngblood  help is coming...someday.

I think Parsons did great. I've seen a number of "Sumo vs. non-sumo" vids over the years, and he's the only one I've ever seen not get completely crushed, much less win.

I'm not sure sumos would be good linemen though because linemen need to be able to run and cover ground, and I'm not sure those guys could do it. But "better than Evan Neal" is a pretty low bar.

I dunno how I feel about this. Hard Knocks is a distraction that we don't need

I think that is why the Giants didn't want to participate in the past, but this is just documenting the offseason, not the actual season.

Agree 100% but we aren't going to be good so it's not a big of a deal. Might as well get it over with while we are bad.

its just the offseason though...they won't even go through training camp with us.

So basically just go over draft and free agency.

We have a chance at starting out hot, but I can’t see us winning more than 5 games this year

really? We won 6 games last year...and our offensive line was in shambles last our QB situation was really bad from poor play and injuries. And we had two epic losses vs Bills and Jets or we could have gotten to 8 wins.

Its early to know how difficult the schedule will be but last year start of the season was brutal.

The start this year appears to brutal as well. Minnesota I think we can beat. Washington, that's always a crap shoot.

After that? I can see us losing every one of those games heading into Week 8.

Yeah, last year was really bad. But I’m not sure we solved our O-line problems. PFF ranks our O-line dead last in the NFL even with all of the veteran additions. We still have uncertainty with Neal and it always takes a long time for new bodies to gel.

Losing Barkley will also hurt more than we think. Similar to last year, I fully expect opponents to just pressure us constantly and to be top 5 in sacks allowed. Adding a receiver when a QB can’t process quick throws does nothing for us.

Minnesota, Carolina, Tampa, Colts, and 1 of the Washington games are what I’m thinking.

Do you think they will get less games played from Andrew Thomas? He only played 10 games last year. That is when our offensive line was basically a joke. He settled us down when he came back and we were at least respectable. I agree Neal is still a big question mark. But with a new offensive line coach I am looking to see at least some improvement from that group.

Losing Barkley will hurt but Devin Singletary isn't a bum. He is a very quality RB.

I think our defense will be a strength.

Too early to tell for me about the record. I just don't see us being worse than last year. If they are that would be damning to this regime.
