I'll give Thibs the benefit of the doubt on that one, but if the Pacers beat the Knicks in the EC finals then it's a different story.

Cavs have too much talent to be getting embarrassed like this. I thought Atkinson was a coach who took teams to the next level. Is this what next level looks like?

Reason I think Thibs is a solid coach is that he was able to beat the toughest or second toughest out in the first round in 6 games.

If Pistons weren’t good, Thibs wouldn’t need to be bailed out by super clutch shots by JB and KAT. :lol:

I've been watching the NBA since the early 90s and I can't remember seeing so many overrated teams in a single playoff run, the Cavs, Celtics, Lakers, Rockets, Clippers, Thunder. And this Pacer team is reminding me of the 94 Pacers vs. the Hawks in the semifinals...And we all know how that ended.

Cavs fans comparing this series to the 2016 finals is stupid. Their current team doesn't have a prime Lebron nor are the refs going to suspend one of Indiana's top players the way that they did Draymond.

Atkinson at this point just a regular season coach but no reason yet not to think he can get better with more experience. Carlisle also an excellent coach and proven champion who won a title despite being an underdog in the Finals.
