If they remain healthy, they are top 3 seed and a good chance at the ECF.

For the record I'm going into this offseason and season with no expectations. Going to a bunch of knick games this year and that's the only thing I can guarantee. I'm going early season too so I can see a fresh rose.

And we still have garbage outside of KP. Rose is awful now. Why do you think they traded him? What you think he's gonna magically get better as he gets older? Well then I got a bridge to sell you.

You can hate the way a guy plays or that he might be injury prone but you can't tell me a guy who put up 25, 8, and 4 isn't a guy who knows how to play basketball.

He was/is ridiculously talented. His MVP year, in my mind, was clearly above Westbrook now or Iverson. Just superhuman legs and the pull-up, the angles around the basket. Crazy. But it didn't last. Can 70% of it come back for another 3-4 years? Then the Knicks did the right thing for sure.

Like I said, in 2011 this is a good team. That version of Rose is long gone, and so is the 2012 version of Melo that carried us to 54 wins.

Always thought the Triangle obsession by us was overrated. But I have to admit, he seems to be following a very different path now. Almost like Mills has taken a lot of power.

I'm watching his press conference now. This will be interesting. Hornacek is a good coach imo, but Rose was not good last season, so I wonder what he can do, but if he can get back to what he was or even close to it, that would be good. I think it might have been just more of a confidence issue, and it seems like his confidence in himself is high now that he was traded.

Is it more positive or negative about getting him? I think I checked and it was initially negative but just wondered if that has changed.

I wouldn't necessarily call it a mills move or a power struggle, but it has really boiled down to cap semantics and the free agent market. Everyone is trying to free up as much space as possible now for this summer and next. The guard market is thin and pricey. We needed a guard, as Phil stated, and this was the best route to take

Free flow offense with a drizzle of triangle sets when the game slows down. I've said that last year knicks would enter the playoffs, gonna say the same thing now. **** stubborn coaches are gone.

Try to get dwill back then get a servicable sg. Get a good start next season like 5-0.
