REFS are killing OKC with ticky tack and phantom foul calls on DURANT of all people!!

It's beyond blatant!

Here's a hint Joey: if a coach is between you and the players at any point in time during regulation, he's likely ON the court (where he doesn't belong) aaaaannnnddd it's probably a good idea to blow that little tweety thing in your mouth.

FFS he treated Eric Spolstra like a child who got in the way of Monday Night Football instead of a coach interfering in the field of play.

You guys are bitter about losing to the HEAT still. I was rooting for NY in that series but I've moved past that. If and when the Knicks get rid of Melo and Amare plus learn how to play a team game it will be much better.

Fatso Lazy Eddy Curry is 2 wins away from a championship ring. Knowing him, he would pawn it off.

Scott Brooks let the media get into his head. Let Westbrook be aggressive. As much as people complain about Westbrook "ruining" the Thunder offense, his aggressive approach is what makes OKC's offense flow. He had double the amount of assists, rebounds and also scored in critical spots when being aggressive. All the shots he missed in Games 1 and 2 are shots he usually makes, which is usually the case in the second half of those games. There's nothing wrong with Scoring PGs, people need to accept the fact there is more than one way to play the position effectively.

while I admit im on the stars > teamball wagon...that really doesnt work here b/c both teams have 3 stars on their team

anyways, we can discuss/agree/disagree on topics all day

I'm not a troll. Next season it will be back to rooting for NY all the way to the end.

Scott Brooks deserves a lot of the blame here. He needs to move Durant off of Lebron completely. Durant NEEDS to be on the court if the Thunder are going to have any chance going forward. Put Sefolosha on him for the majority of the game, and maybe maybe Durant can play him some late in the 4th qtr if he wants him on Lebron so badly. Brooks also has done a bad job of substitutions IMO. This guy just turned down over $11 million? Really?

Isn't is 11m over 3 years? Thats not a lot of money....
Agree with you though. Defending Lebron is bound to get you in foul trouble. You do not want to put Durant in that kind of situation. Sef is more than sufficient. Its not like Durant is a lockdown defender.

It's Durant's fault really, he just commits stupid fouls. Let Wade get a layup, why risk getting a 4th foul? This is one of the things that separates LeBron from Durant. In game 2 after LeBron picked up his 3rd foul in the third quarter, he had a chance to contest a couple of Westbrook drives, but instead just let him go to the basket. It's basketball IQ.

That 4th was a bad call, but yes good point. He needs to be smarter.

for all of the flak lebron catches, he really is a difference maker.. and this is why I told everyone last week to hold off on giving durant "goat" status. He is a fantastic player, but he does have holes in his game and he has some areas to improve, although I love the kid as a player and person.. seems really genuine..

Lebron is really a complete player, and a dominant figure on the court... the heat may win based on his overall basketball superiority.. I hope they don't win, but it won't surprise me at all.. he made the finals with the cavs team.... The cavs!!! he took that team to the finals!!!! LOL.... wow...

now may be lebrons best chance for a ring as i don't see a dynasty with this Heat taem.. a lot of holes and guys are aging.. wade, battier, miller, etc.. they don' thave much depth...

yeah I hate LeBron guts but he just seems like he is on a mission to win this thing. He is going to have to play hero ball all series but he is more than capable of doing that.

The heat really haven't gotten great player from anyone including wade. Maybe battier 3 point shooting in the finals. But really its a 1 man show out there for the most part.

i don't think lebron is given quite enough credit.. he absolutely embarassed melo.. he just showed all of the flaws in his game.. lebron was quicker.. smarter.. more skilled.. it showed when they obliterated us... the biggest key here is lebron in the fast break. not just how he is like a freight train. lets say bosh gets the rebound. he finds lebron, he is an easy target because of his massive size. now, they can head for the break off of a miss so much more than any other team because of lebron.. this is what happened in the knicks series.. melo bricked after bricked.. he got lazy and did not hurry back in time.. lebron pushed the ball.. and either got a layup or there was mismatch because he works that much harder than everybody else

i'm actually rooting for him to get a ring. sick and tired of all the haters who go after guys like him, a-rod, peyton manning. way too much disgraceful hating for a guy who will be an all time top 15 player when he's done

yea, but lebron does come off as a jerk, fake, calculated with his emotions, but there is no denying the talent.. I mean the same with A-rod, you knew at some point he would get a ring and he did in 2009 and had a heck of a playoff run to help get us there.. ask the twins... Guys like that will win, just too talented...
