Love your lineups man. You're one of the few posters that seemingly is still pro-Frank (like myself.)

I think Frank will show everyone something next season, especially if we build a competitive team here. his value will show greatly as long as he doesn't get injured and continues his progression this offseason. I still have very high hopes for him.

I applaud your Frank enthusiasm but the reality is, he will be out of the NBA in another year or two. The kid is a bust.

I understand that most think he's a bust. I look at him like a 19 year old teenager who came halfway accross the world, had to deal with multiple coaches that didn't utilize him properly, and when he finally started to show some semblance of consistency (had back to back career nights in scoring just a few months back,) he was than riddled with a groin injury that held him out for nearly a third of the season.

I've watched him closely for the past 2 seasons and still think he has a lot of potential. It's been a combination of poor roster management (allowing an expiring Mudiay to start the majority of the year,) playing out of position and having unfortunate injuries occur at a time when he could've been playing a lot of minutes (post KP trade.)

I'm glad some posters aren't actual GM personnel- most here would give up on 2nd year players who aren't even 21 yet because they haven't show all star capabilities. We spent a lottery pick on him, we should at least try to maximize his potential for the remainder of his contract.

I'd probably also be willing to throw in our own pick in 2020. Because let's be honest, if we get AD, KD, and whoever, and we're also keeping Mitch. we're probably picking 29th or 30th in 2020.

There you go. Cap a 17 win season off by trading down from #3 to #8 & #10 for more picks and even more cheap, inexperienced youth, cause this team is really old and expensive. I think top FA's are gonna love that direction. Certainly not a recipe for another loterry-go-round.

I just don't think that's going to happen. I think the Knicks organization is probably going to decline his option and he will see very limited minutes this season if we don't trade him. You know those guys from the 2015 draft like Mudiay and Hezonja who didn't pan out on the team that drafted them so they wound up here as reclamation projects, well that's going to be Frank on some other team after next season. Plus he's a Phil guy. You know how they feel about Phil guys. I think he still has potential too but it's obvious that it's not going to be realized in this organization. I think his last chance to prove himself was the end of last season, and the injuries were the final nail in the coffin

RJ starting to grow on me..didn’t **** with him at all this season...at all...

...but the kid has that hunger in him to take shots and is a pretty decent rebounder & passer.

He could be a younger Timmy...the problem with that is he could be an Older Timmy as well

There’s a lot of ways it can go with RJ.

The right development will be key for him.

Still wanna trade for AD in a heartbeat but there’s a curiosity about him that has me questioning if we could keep him. Just the potential he has.

Like I mentioned before I'm not the biggest RJ fan. But he is leaps and bounds a better prospect then Timmy. There isn't even a comparison.

tacko is also DUMB trash. like "makes thabeet look like olajuwon" trash.

Do you really feel comfortable with calling a fellow human being 'dumb trash' based on your assessment of their ability to play a game? I don't know the young man personally or have any insight into his genuine character but do you? Did he kick your dog or something?

they wanted Conley before the deadline and just couldn't get a deal done. I think they have the groundwork laid so I think that deal will come together clearing the way for Ja to memphis.

He was the #1 player last year and now bc of all the Zion hype he's the forgotten man. He's a alpha slasher/Scorer who looks to make plays for his teammates. Knicks need that more than anything.

This is good for Memphis and NO. We should go the same route while adding free agents. Dont throw the kids away.
