The Detroit Pistons have agreed to trade Nicolas Batum and Nene to the San Antonio Spurs in exchange for Tim Hardaway Jr., JaMychal Green, Kevin Porter Jr. and a 2020 1st round draft pick (From Dallas).

In the same rule applying whereby free agents cant be traded for a few months?

I noticed there was no asteriks beside the recently signed players.

Yes, FA's can't be traded until 1/15. After the main phase of FA ends I will go back and put all the asterisks on at once. Probably this weekend at some time.
